Oktober 2023 fand der letzte Stakeholder-Workshop des Jahres in Asunci\u00f3n statt. Damit ist die erste Runde der Workshops im Rahmen des CLIF-Projektes nun abgeschlossen. \u00dcber einen Zeitraum von zwei Tagen versammelten sich dazu rund 55 Teilnehmer:innen aus verschiedenen Sektoren, darunter Vertreter:innen von Ministerien, \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen, Lebensmittel-Einzelh\u00e4ndler, die Zivilgesellschaft, landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und Genossenschaften.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p>Die Teilnehmer:innen erhielten zun\u00e4chst eine umfassende Einf\u00fchrung in die Ziele des Projektes sowie die spezifischen Ziele f\u00fcr Paraguay. Die Umweltauswirkungen von vier Schl\u00fcsselrohstoffen in Paraguay \u2013 Fleisch, Soja, Yerba Mate und Zuckerrohr \u2013 wurden in Bezug auf das Projekt eingehend beleuchtet. Die Vorstellung der, vom Projekt beauftragten, politischen Studie zu Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr eine nachhaltigere Ern\u00e4hrung bildete einen weiteren Schwerpunkt. Die Teilnehmer hatten dann die M\u00f6glichkeit diese Ma\u00dfnahmen hinsichtlich der Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit sowie vor dem Hintergrund der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen in der Region zu diskutieren. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p><strong>Herausforderung der Ern\u00e4hrungstransformation in Paraguay<\/strong><br>Als eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen sahen viele Teilnehmende die Ressourcenknappheit und die mangelnde Koordination und Systematisierung zwischen den Institutionen. Auch der Zugang zu \u00f6ffentlichen Informationen \u00fcber nachhaltige Ern\u00e4hrung gestaltet sich schwierig. Einen weiteren kritischen Aspekt stellt die aktuelle Situation der Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit und Lebensmittelsicherheit in Paraguay dar. Angesichts dieser Herausforderungen besteht die Notwendigkeit Verbraucher:innen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Produkte und nachhaltige Produktion zu sensibilisieren. F\u00fcr viele Menschen sind Begriffe wie &#8222;agrar\u00f6kologisch&#8220; oder \u201enachhaltig\u201c nicht verst\u00e4ndlich und der wichtigste Kaufaspekt ist der Preis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p><strong>Einblick in internationale Erfahrungen <\/strong><br>Der Workshop er\u00f6ffnete den Teilnehmenden auch die M\u00f6glichkeit zum Austausch mit internationalen Kolleg:innen aus den anderen Projektregionen. Das Team aus S\u00fcdafrika teilte ihre jahrelangen Erfahrungen im Bereich Konsumentenverhalten und pr\u00e4sentierte unter anderem die <a href=\"https:\/\/wwfsassi.co.za\/\">Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI)<\/a> des WWF, die in S\u00fcdafrika entwickelt wurde, um den Zugang zu Informationen \u00fcber nachhaltige Fischproduktion zu verbessern und dabei erfolgreich mit Einzelh\u00e4ndlern und Konsument:innen zusammenarbeitet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p><strong>Nachhaltige Entscheidungen treffen mit <em>Impacts of Food <\/em><\/strong><br>Im weiteren Verlauf des Workshops wurden au\u00dferdem die zuk\u00fcnftigen Funktionen des CLIF-Tools besprochen. Ein sehr entscheidender Aspekt, w\u00e4hrend der Diskussionen war die Frage, was Verbraucher:innen dazu motiviert, das erlangte Wissen in konkrete Verhaltens\u00e4nderungen umzusetzen. Es zeigte sich, dass Labels, Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte und Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmale von Lebensmitteln bisher noch nicht tief im Bewusstsein der Konsumenten in Paraguay verankert sind. In diesem Kontext kann das CLIF-Tool einen bedeutsamen Beitrag leisten, indem es Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit, insbesondere im Hinblick auf einen nachhaltigen Konsum, den Verbrauchern vermittelt. Allerdings ist es von essenzieller Bedeutung, dass das Tool einfach zug\u00e4nglich und verst\u00e4ndlich gestaltet wird, um m\u00f6gliche Verwirrungen zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p>Insgesamt wurde mit diesem Workshop eine gute Grundlage f\u00fcr die weitere Zusammenarbeit zum Thema Ern\u00e4hrung und nachhaltiger Konsum in Paraguay gelegt. Es war einer der ersten Workshops dieser Art zu diesem Thema, mit einer Vielzahl von motivierten Akteuren, und wir freuen uns sehr auf die zuk\u00fcnftigen
