Der ganzt\u00e4gige Austausch hatte zum Ziel, erste Projektergebnisse mit Akteuren vor Ort zu diskutieren. Zu den Teilnehmer:innen geh\u00f6rten Vertreter der thail\u00e4ndischen Regierung, der Zivilgesellschaft, der Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft sowie von Organisationen, die die internationale Zusammenarbeit f\u00f6rdern. Der Workshop wurde vom WWF Thailand und WWF Deutschland durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p>Die wichtigsten Fragen dabei: Welche Umweltauswirkungen sollen als Teil des CLIF-Tools in Thailand kommuniziert werden, wie k\u00f6nnen Sie die Zielgruppe am besten erreichen, und welche weiteren (politischen) Ma\u00dfnahmen den \u00dcbergang zu einem nachhaltigeren Lebensmittelsystem unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen. Im Ergebnis wurden Aspekte der Lebensmittelsicherheit und -gesundheit als wichtigste Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte f\u00fcr die Verbraucher:innen in der Zielregion identifiziert. Tierschutzaspekte beispielsweise sind f\u00fcr Verbraucher:innen und Einzelh\u00e4ndler in der Region weniger relevant als in Deutschland.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p>Eine Bewertung der notwendigen und durchf\u00fchrbaren politischen Instrumente f\u00fcr einen Wandel hin zu einem nachhaltigeren Lebensmittelsystem in Thailand stand ebenfalls auf der Agenda. Potenzielle Ma\u00dfnahmen wurden nach folgenden Kriterien bewertet: Effektivit\u00e4t, Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit, Wie schnell die Ma\u00dfnahme umgesetzt werden kann, und Menge an Personen, die damit erreicht werden. Die Ma\u00dfnahmen &#8222;Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Gesundheitsbildung&#8220;, &#8222;fiskalische Ma\u00dfnahmen&#8220; und &#8222;Standards f\u00fcr Lebensmittel in Schulen, Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen und anderen \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen&#8220; erhielten von den Teilnehmer:innen die h\u00f6chste Bewertung in Bezug auf ihre Wirkung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p>Die Teilnehmer:innen vertraten die Ansicht, dass Bildungsma\u00dfnahmen aufgrund ihrer Ausstrahlung von den Schulen auf die gesamte Gesellschaft eine besonders hohe Wirksamkeit haben. Die Ma\u00dfnahme erhielt auch in allen anderen drei Kategorien eine hohe Punktzahlen. Hindernisse f\u00fcr die Umsetzung dieser Ma\u00dfnahme sind das fehlende Budget in (einigen) Schulen, die Konkurrenz zu den aktuellen Lehrpl\u00e4nen und die Schwierigkeit, Einfluss auf die Bildungspl\u00e4ne zu nehmen, die von den entsprechenden Ministerien erstellt werden. Die drei Ma\u00dfnahmen, die am ehesten als &#8222;durchf\u00fchrbar&#8220; eingestuft wurden, waren die Anpassung der Steuers\u00e4tze, die Verbesserung der Ern\u00e4hrungsinformation, -deklaration und -kennzeichnung sowie die Ern\u00e4hrungsbildung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper--paragraph\"><div class=\"container container--narrow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Juni 2023 wurde die CLIF-Stakeholder-Workshopreihe des WWF in Bangkok, Thailand er\u00f6ffnet.
